Grace Lutheran Church has a long tradition of social activism and we
take seriously our call to work for justice, peace and equity in our
world, in accordance with Christ's call that we love one another,
for by love we will be known as followers of Christ. In 2001 we
voted to become a Reconciling in Christ church (the first Lutheran
church in upstate New York to do so), intentionally welcoming to
persons of all sexual orientations.
For anyone seeking opportunities to make a difference in their
life and in our world, Grace offers a variety of social action
